Per stipulations made by the manufacturer, all 1st and 4th quality products found in The Boneyard department are not returnable. Due to the nature of the merchandise being sold, all sales are considered final and there will be no refunds.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND ORDERING INFORMATION FOR "THE BONEYARD" DEPARTMENT:
MINIMUM ORDER for merchandise found in The Boneyard department is $50.00 (plus shipping). There will be a $5.00 extra charge on all orders received for merchandise found in this department that do not meet the minimum order requirement. The service charge (if applicable) will be added to the customer's shipping and handling charge when that amount is calculated. Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling charges.
DELIVERY: Please allow a minimum of 1-2 weeks for delivery on merchandise that is currently in stock. (The closer it is to the Halloween season, the longer it may take for delivery.) Orders received during the months of September and October should allow longer than two weeks for delivery due to the very busy Halloween season. "Rush" orders received during the Halloween season will not be accepted. Orders received during that time will be filled depending upon availability of the merchandise through the manufacturer(s). Therefore, it is very important that you contact The Haunter's Depot regarding availability before you place your order.
INSURANCE: UPS automatically pays for the first $100.00 of all orders at no charge. Should you wish additional insurance to cover the balance of your order, please inquire with The Haunter's Depot for a price quote when you inquire about shipping costs.
