ADDITIONAL TERMS AND ORDERING INFORMATION SPECIFICALLY FOR THE "MUSIC AND SOUND FX" DEPARTMENT:
MINIMUM ORDER for Sound FX merchandise: While the manufacturer of the items shown in Section 2 requires that customers purchase a minimum of four (4) CD's at a time (to keep shipping costs down), there is no minimum order required for CD's found in Sections 1 and 3.
DELIVERY: Stocked items are usually shipped out within one (1) week after your order has been received and processed. Please allow approximately two (2) weeks for delivery. Please allow a minimum of two (2) to four (4) weeks for delivery on merchandise that is not in stock. Sorry, but "rush" orders received during the months of September through October will not be accepted. Orders received during those months will be filled depending upon availability of the merchandise through our supplier(s). Therefore, it is very important that you contact The Haunter's Depot regarding availability before you place your order.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING: These charges are advertised along with the merchandise.
INSURANCE: UPS automatically pays for the first $100.00 of all orders at no charge. Should you wish additional insurance to cover the balance of your order, please inquire with The Haunter's Depot for a price quote when you inquire about shipping costs.
BACK ORDERS: Some orders may be shipped before they are entirely completed unless otherwise instructed. The manufacturer will continue to ship back ordered merchandise as it becomes available. Orders will be considered "active" unless a canceled date is supplied with your original order.
