DELIVERY: Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Orders received during the months of August, September and October should allow a minimum of 2-weeks for delivery due to the very busy Halloween season. "Rush" orders received during these months will not be accepted. Orders received during that time will be filled depending upon availability of the merchandise through the manufacturer(s). Therefore, it is very important that you contact The Haunter's Depot regarding merchandise availability before placing your order.
INSURANCE: UPS automatically pays for the first $100.00 of all orders at no charge. Should you wish additional insurance to cover the balance of your order, please inquire with The Haunter's Depot for a price quote when you inquire about shipping & handling charges, etc.
BACK ORDERS: Some orders may be shipped before they are entirely completed unless otherwise instructed. The manufacturer will continue to ship back ordered merchandise as it becomes available. Orders will be considered "active" unless a canceled date is supplied with your original order.
