ADDITIONAL TERMS AND ORDERING INFORMATION SPECIFICALLY FOR THE "GORY PROPS AND COSTUMES" DEPARTMENT:
MINIMUM ORDER for Gory Props merchandise: NONE! Does not include shipping charges.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES: All merchandise in this department is "made to order". Please allow a minimum of 3-4 weeks (perhaps longer) for some products advertised in this department. In addition, all animated props and giant Lurker Costumes will take a minimum of 1-2 months for production. Delivery shipping time is not included in with the production of these products. Be aware that the manufacturer of the products found in this department usually stops accepting orders around mid-July. This is mainly due to the very heavy time constraints for them to complete existing orders in time for delivery before the Halloween season. Therefore, additional orders received after their cut-off date will not be accepted. Sorry, but "rush" orders will not be accepted. Orders will be filled by the manufacturer depending upon availability and the supplies on hand used to manufacturer the merchandise. Therefore, it is very important that you contact The Haunter's Depot at Info@HauntersDepot.com before placing your order (and before the cut-off date) to check on product availability and the manufacturer's current production schedule.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: Many of the products found in this department do not include shipping and handling. Before sending your payment, please be certain to contact us at Info@HauntersDepot.com to get a price quote for shipping and handling costs. Shipping and handling charges will need to be calculated depending upon what you order (including size and weight), and the destination of the package. The customer will be contacted with this information as soon as possible.
INSURANCE: UPS automatically pays for the first $100.00 of all orders at no charge. Should you wish additional insurance to cover the balance of your order, please inquire with The Haunter's Depot for a price quote when you inquire about shipping and handling charges, availability, etc.
