DELIVERY: Please allow up to two (2) weeks for delivery. Orders received during the months of August, September and October should allow a minimum of two (2) weeks for delivery due to the very busy Halloween season. "Rush" orders received during these months will not be accepted. Orders received at any time will be filled depending upon availability of the merchandise through the manufacturer(s) we deal with. Therefore, it is very important that you contact The Haunter's Depot regarding availability before placing your order.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Before placing your order, it is highly recommended to first contact The Haunter's Depot at Info@HauntersDepot.com to check on availability. Shipping and handling charges are $10.00 per wig. A discount on shipping and handling will be offered depending upon the number of wigs ordered. The more wigs a customer purchases the less the total amount for shipping and handling. Shipping charges through our PayPal shopping cart system are set up to charge as if only one wig is being ordered. Should a customer purchase multiple wigs, a rebate based on the different between the actual cost for shipping and the amount paid for the entire wig order will be sent to the customer by way of a PayPal refund.
INSURANCE: UPS and FedEx automatically pays for the first $100.00 on all orders at no charge. Should the customer wish additional insurance to cover the balance of your order, please inquire with The Haunter's Depot for a price quote when you inquire about shipping and handling charges, etc.
BACK ORDERS: Some orders may be shipped before they are entirely completed unless otherwise instructed. The manufacturer will continue to ship back ordered merchandise as it becomes available. Orders will be considered "active" unless a canceled date is supplied with your original order.
