The 2011 season has seen more new products added to our website than in any other year previously. In fact, some of the catalogs that we received from several manufacturers we deal directly with arrived so late in the season, there was just no time to feature every individual costume, mask, prop, etc., in this particular department as we normally do elsewhere on our website. Therefore, we are trying something a bit different for the costumes found in this department. We basically took individual pages from their catalog, scanned the ones that we felt had merchandise that would most likely sell well, and uploaded the image files to our website. With the Halloween season rapidly approaching this was our best option.
Many costumes come in several different sizes. If costume is marked as "Standard" then this means that there is no other specific size available (as may be the case for other costumes). Please be certain to choose the correct size for the costume ordered. All sales are considered final and we will not exchange a costume for another size should you choose the wrong size. Sizing information is available on all pages.
CHILDREN'S COSTUMES: Although various children's costumes may be shown on the sales pages found within this department, please be advised that we sell Adult size costumes only! Children come in all different shapes and sizes and, therefore, are extremely hard to "fit" without actually having them actually trying on the costume. And since we have an "all sales final" policy, we have chosen not to sell them on our website.
HOW TO ORDER MERCHANDISE IN THIS DEPARTMENT.
You may encounter some pages that do not have any
prices, shipping charges, shopping cart buttons, etc. Because of the lateness of adding these products, we will be adding the information as soon as possible. Should you find a product that does not have this information, please contact us at Info@HauntersDepot.com and provide us with the following information: (1) Your full name and address (no post office boxes, please), (2) Name of product, (3) Size of costume, and (4) Page where item is located (this number can be found at the bottom of each individual scanned page. Once we receive your inquiry, we will check inventory so we may determine if the product you wish to purchase is currently available and get back to you as soon as possible. Please remember that all merchandise advertised on our website is subject to availability and it is highly recommended that all customers contact us before placing an order so we may determine if what you want is currently available.
The Haunter's Depot is an "official" distributor for such companies as Morris Costumes, Rubies Costumes,
Franco-American Costumes and many others. Customers are not able to purchase these products from the manufacturers but through distributors only. The costumes and other products found in this department are either Copyrighted or Trademarked and their respective notifications are noted on the sales pages.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
Unless otherwise noted, shipping and handling charges are $14.50 per costume for standard ground delivery within the Continental U.S.A. Shipping charges to Alaska or Hawaii are extra, and we will send the customer a Payment Request invoice through our merchant account so that customer pay pay the balance due on order.
