Once we receive your inquiry, we will check inventory so we may determine if the product you wish to purchase is currently available and get back to you as soon as possible. on the other hand, if the item you wish to purchase does, in fact, have pricing, shipping information and shopping cart button associated with it, we ask that you provide us with the same information as requested above so we may determine availability. Remember, merchandise is subject to availability and it is highly recommended that all customers contact us before placing an order so we may determine if what you want is currently available.
SIZING INFORMATION is provided for the costumes shown below. If a specific size is not listed, this means that it comes in Adult size "Standard" only and should fit an average size adult. No other sizes are available if a costume is shown in "Standard" size. In regard to different colors for various costumes, they are only available in the colors shown. Please be absolutely certain to choose the correct size for the costume ordered. All sales are considered final and we will not exchange a costume for another size should you choose the wrong size.
CHILDREN'S COSTUMES: Although various children's costumes may be shown on the sales pages found within this department, please be advised that we sell Adult size costumes only! Children come in all different shapes and sizes and, therefore, are extremely hard to "fit" without actually having them actually trying on the costume. And since we have an "all sales final" policy, we have chosen not to sell them on our website.
SHIPPING INFORMATION: Shipping charges are $14.50 for each costume ordered. Shipping by the carrier will be by way of standard ground delivery within the Continental USA. There will be an extra charge for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii and we will send customer a Payment Request invoice (by way of e-mail) so that the additional amount can be paid before order is sent out.
