DELIVERY: Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery after payment has been received and your order process through our service. Orders received during the months of March and April should allow a minimum of 1-2 weeks for delivery due to the very busy Easter season. "Rush" orders received during these months are available. Please contact us at either Info@HauntersDepot.com for a quote on rush delivery charges before placing your order. Orders received during the months of March and April will be filled depending upon availability of the merchandise through the manufacturer(s). Therefore, it is very important that you contact us in advance regarding availability before placing your order.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING: The prices shown in our Easter department may or may not include shipping and handling charges! It all depends on the manufacturer that we deal with that either may already have "set" shipping charges established and others that may need to get a shipping quote from the USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
INSURANCE: UPS automatically pays for the first $100.00 of all orders at no charge. Should you wish additional insurance to cover the balance of your order, please inquire with us for a price quote before sending payment.
Please be aware that due to the type of merchandise being sold, all sales are considered final. Therefore, be absolutely certain that when you place an order through our service that you know the exact size of the costume you want (if a specific size is offered) as the manufacturer will not exchange a costume should you order the wrong size! Again, please be certain that if you order a costume that is available in different sizes that you order your proper size! Should damaged goods be received, the manufacturer will do an "even exchange" for the same size only. Please see our HOW TO ORDER section on on Home Page for complete details on exchanges.
WRONG MERCHANDISE RECEIVED
If you order one item but receive a different item, the supplier that sent your merchandise will replace the wrong item with the correct item on an even exchange basis only. This is also true if you ordered a small size but received a large size of a costume. The replacement will be with the original item as it was originally ordered. Please note that this is not the same as if you ordered a small size but it does not fit and you want a larger size. (See ordered wrong size costume below.)
ORDERED WRONG SIZE COSTUME
We cannot guarantee that a particular size costume will fit you. If you order a costume of a specific size and when you try it on it is either too large or too small, the manufacturer will not exchange it for a different size since you ordered a specific size to begin with. So once again, be certain that you order the proper size when placing your order! If the costume only comes in one size (such as "one size fits most") we will not replace it as there is no other size available. "One size fits most" is not the same as "One size fits all". If you already have the largest size of a costume and need a larger one we can not replace it. Likewise, if you already have the smallest size of a costume and need a smaller size we can not replace that costume either.
A costume may not be exchanged for a different style costume if the original style does not fit. Any item returned due to damage while en route to your shipping address must be returned in a box. If you return a costume in an envelope (padded or not) both our service and the manufacturer will not allow the return. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number in order to return merchandise for "even exchange" only. All sales are final on costumes!
Both our service and the manufacturers do not guarantee that a particular costume, mask or any other item will be suitable for a particular purpose. Due to the fact that all People are unique in size and shape we can not guarantee that a particular costume or mask will fit a particular person.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
When a customer places an order (either for themselves or on behalf of another individual, business, etc.), our service will accept the order based on the customer reading and understanding all of the Terms and Conditions found on our web site and/or found in our CD Catalog. Should the customer have any questions pertaining to any terms and conditions as stated either herein, in any individual "department", or in our CD Catalog, they should contact us at Info@HauntersDepot.com before the order is placed as all sales are considered final!
Our on-line store reflects our prices at time of posting. We can make no guarantees against price increases (which may change from time to time) or availability of merchandise. Please be aware that once your payment has been received and our suppliers are contacted with your order, all sales then become final and no refunds or credits will be issued. This especially applies on items that are "hand made" and work has already begun on the merchandise ordered. All canceled merchandise will incur a 15% service charge calculated on the total amount of the item(s) canceled.
BACK ORDERS: Some orders may be shipped before they are entirely completed unless otherwise instructed. The manufacturer will continue to ship back ordered merchandise as it becomes available. Orders will be considered "active" unless a canceled date is supplied with your original order.
