Ordering either Changing Portraits or Grim Fairy Portraits is quick and easy. We make it our priority not only to supply you with an "eerie" masterpiece but also to make sure it arrives as safely and quickly as possible.
Placing an order is as simple as sending an e-mail. We check our e-mail often, assuring you a reasonably quick transaction. Also available through e-mail is the ability to use your Debit Card or Credit Card through PayPal. You may also send an eCheck to us via PayPal as well. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery beginning after receipt of payment and confirmation of your order. Delivery may take more or less than 2 weeks depending upon the workload of our two suppliers. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery during the often hectic Halloween and Christmas seasons.
Please note that orders paid with business or personal checks will take an additional week to clear our bank before your order can be processed in addition to the normal turnaround for delivery. Certified checks clear within one (1) business day.
DECISIONS: The manufacturer will authorize merchandise returns on a "case-by-case" basis, and they will endeavor to satisfy all customers by responding promptly to requests. Be advised, however, that our suppliers retain the final authority on all decisions. All returns for whatever reasons must be reported to The Haunter's Depot by way of e-mail at Info@HauntersDepot.com within the three (3) day time limit as of the date when merchandise is delivered. Return shipping to the manufacturer is the resonsibility of the customer. Shipping of replacement changing portrait(s) is the responsibility of the manufacturer.
As stated in the Frequently Asked Questions section of our Changing Portraits department, if there is a problem with the portrait(s) received due to damage, etc., it is the responsibility of the customer to contact us at Info@HauntersDepot.com no later than three (3) days of receipt of merchandise. All merchandise is sent by way of either tracking number or delivery confirmation number so we may verify the actual date of delivery. Should we not receive the proper communication from the customer within the three (3) day time limit, all sales will then become final. Sorry, no exceptions! (This guarantee is limited to Changing Portraits only and does not extend to any other product advertised on this web site.)
