TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ORDERING ANIMATED AND STATIC PROPS (DEPARTMENT 1)

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND ORDERING INFORMATION SPECIFICALLY FOR ANIMATED AND STATIC PROPS - DEPARTMENT 1 DEPARTMENT:
Due to the nature of the merchandise being sold, all sales are considered final.
MINIMUM ORDER for Animated and Static Props - Department 1 merchandise is $50.00 plus shipping and handing charges.
DELIVERY: Please allow a minimum of 2-weeks for delivery on static props if they are in stock. If the static props ordered are not currently in stock, they may take up to 1-month for delivery. All of the animated props found in this department are custom "made to order" and will a minmum of 1-2 months to produce and deliver. All orders are filled by the manufacturer in the order in which they are received. Therefore, "rush" orders will not be accepted due to the large number of orders expected to be received during the months of June through October. Orders received for non-animated props during the months of September and October should allow a minimum of four (4) weeks for delivery due to the very busy Halloween season. We strongly suggest that all customers contact The Haunter's Depot at Info@HauntersDepot.com regarding availability and the manufacturer's production schedule before placing an order.
FREIGHT, SHIPPING & HANDLING: Before sending payment, please contact The Haunter's Depot at Info@HauntersDepot.com to get a price quote for shipping and handling costs as well as item availability. Please provide us with your name and shipping address (no post office boxes, please) so that shipping charges may be calculated. Shipping and handling charges will need to be added to your merchandise total before mailing in your payment. This will also hold true if your method of payment is by way of credit card using PayPal. Oversized items may require additional freight charges depending upon the size of the item ordered.
INSURANCE: It is the responsibility of the customer to notify The Haunter's Depot if they wish to have their entire order insured. Please inquire with us about purchasing insurance at the time when you contact us about availability, current production and delivery times, etc. If the carrier is UPS or Federal Express, the first $100.00 worth of insurance is automatically paid for at no charge. Additional insurance on orders over $100.00 is available for an extra charge.
BACK ORDERS: Some orders may be shipped before they are entirely completed unless otherwise instructed. The manufacturer will continue to ship back ordered merchandise as it becomes available.
